Refunds, Returns or Exchanges
Our refund and returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are not obligated to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Gift cards and sale items are not returnable or refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There should not be obvious signs of misuse. Items should be in its original condition, free from damage or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be sent an email confirmation that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
